e-work spa, agenzia per il lavoro, seleziona per ampliamento organico interno un/a:HR LEGAL JUNIORIn questa posizione avrai l'opportunità di:offrire consulenza giuslavoristica alle strutture operative sul territorio nazionale e supportarle nella gestione quotidiana dei rapporti di lavoro;monitorare aggiornamenti normativi e contribuire alla creazione di contenuti informativi e newsletter interne;collaborare alla gestione dell'iter disciplinare dei lavoratori somministrati;occuparti del contenzioso stragiudiziale e giudiziale, preparando la documentazione per i legali esterni;collaborare nei rapporti con Enti esterni e con le Organizzazioni Sindacali;supportare la gestione di ammortizzatori sociali e delle pratiche di pignoramento presso terzi;contribuire alla attività di formazione HR Legal delle nuove risorse;Cerchiamo una persona con:Laurea in Giurisprudenza/Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici o simili;Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;Forte spirito organizzativo, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;Spiccato problem solving e capacità di gestione autonoma delle priorità;Riservatezza e affidabilità nella gestione di informazioni sensibili;Offriamo:Contratto iniziale di 12 mesi, con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo indeterminato;CCNL Commercio (14 mensilità) + buoni pasto;Sede: Milano, zona Gorla.L'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta all'uno e all'altro sesso in ottemperanza al D.Lgs.********.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi del GDPR - Regolamento UE ******** - all'indirizzo web:
