Overview Regional Account Manager (Engineering BU) role at Stevanato Group .This position aims to strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit by achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, coordinating with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.Key Responsibilities Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization.Responsible for the performance of the assigned portfolio, with a strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory.Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations.Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage.Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group's value-added solutions.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing.5–8 years' experience in a sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market.Proven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong sense of accountability and commitment.Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities.Full proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.Type of contract and salary will be based on experience.Location: Piombino Dese (PD)About Us We are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.We are also growing and looking to hire talented and passionate individuals to join our teamSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
