We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Accounts Payable team. The intern will support the team's daily activities, with a specific focus on managing company assets. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to strategic projects related to process optimization.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Actively collaborate with the team in the analysis and implementation of solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and simplification of asset management flows.Provide support in extraordinary activities related to migration or incorporation operations of Group companies, with particular attention to the impacts on assets.Assist the team in the ordinary activities of Accounts Payable and in the daily management of assets.Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and reporting for the effective monitoring of activities related to assets.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Degree (or ongoing studies) in economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or similar disciplines.Good knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel.Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Macros), Python, and SharePoint is a preferential qualification.Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.What makes our group different?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the riche diversity of our arts, cultures and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty and solidarity.We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility and integrity.We care for the world we live in.Your Journey With UsIf your profile is selected, Talent Acquisition will contact you for an initial screening call.If positive, you will meet the Hiring Manager.
