Regional Manager / Country Manager – Premium Health & Wellness Group Location: Milan, Italy Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per annum + performance bonus This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a premium health and wellness group, overseeing multiple sites across Italy.We're looking for a Regional Manager / Country Manager who can combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and ensuring a consistent, premium experience across every club in the region.In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both commercial and operational performance at a multi-site level.You'll coach and support General Managers, set clear standards, and deliver structured improvement plans that strengthen service, culture, and financial results.What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing General Managers across multiple clubs Shaping operational strategy and ensuring consistent standards across all sites Driving commercial performance, member experience, and long-term growth Implementing regional action plans and performance frameworks Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Building a positive, aligned leadership culture across your region Supporting new club openings and expansion projects Acting as the key link between the country region and senior leadership What's On Offer Competitive salary of €80,000 – €100,000 per year Performance-based bonus scheme 33 days' holiday including national holidays Private medical insurance Free club membership for you and your family Discounts on lessons, PT, food and beverage Clear progression opportunities within an expanding international business Access to a full benefits suite About You You'll be a strong fit if you: Have proven experience managing multiple sites in fitness, hospitality, leisure, or a service-led industry Are an inspiring leader who develops and elevates other managers Bring strong commercial understanding and confidence in financial management Are highly structured, operationally excellent, and calm under pressure Understand what exceptional service looks like at scale Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership when required If you don't tick every box but feel you have the right experience and mindset for this role, we'd still be happy to hear from you.Your recruiter for this role is Abhi Lakhina, Managing Director at Love Recruitment International.Love Recruitment International is a global recruitment agency connecting outstanding talent with premium opportunities across the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle sectors in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
