Pharma Point, per conto di un'importante realtà produttiva farmaceutica, ricerca un/una:HSE Manager / RSPP (o ASPP Senior)La risorsa, in possesso dei requisiti di legge per ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP/ASPP, avrà la responsabilità di presidiare i temi HSE in stabilimento, garantendo il rispetto della normativa vigente e degli standard aziendali, con particolare riferimento ai sistemi di gestione ISO ***** e ISO *****.Principali responsabilità:Collaborare con la Direzione nella definizione e nell'aggiornamento delle procedure HSE di propria competenza.Rispondere alle richieste dei Clienti in merito alle tematiche ambientali e di sicurezza sul lavoro.Collaborare con Ingegneria nella definizione degli standard di sicurezza per impianti e macchine di produzione.Curare la predisposizione, l'esecuzione e l'aggiornamento dei piani di emergenza degli stabilimenti produttivi.Supervisionare e coordinare la formazione del personale su temi di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.Identificare i rischi ambientali e di sicurezza e, in sinergia con le altre funzioni, definire e implementare azioni correttive e preventive.Garantire il mantenimento e l'aggiornamento delle certificazioni relative ad Ambiente e Sicurezza.RequisitiRequisiti di legge per ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP o ASPP (D.Lgs. *****).Esperienza consolidata in ruoli HSE in contesti produttivi, preferibilmente farmaceutici o affini (chimico, cosmetico, alimentare).Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione ISO ***** e ISO ***** .Nel processo di selezione, Pharma Point si impegna a garantire pari opportunità a tutti i candidati, indipendentemente da genere, età, orientamento sessuale, origine etnica, nazionalità, disabilità o appartenenza sindacale.
