Cavotec is a leading engineering company with 50 years of heritage in innovation, designing and delivering advanced connection and electrification solutions that drive the decarbonisation of ports and industrial applications.With five decades of experience, our systems ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations for a diverse range of customers and applications worldwide.The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec's Connector portfolio.Driving product development and improvementsSupporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activitiesPrioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams.Monitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover.#Create Sales collateral and promotional contentTrain sales team and channels on product knowledge and applications.MSc in Electrical or Industrial Engineering ( or equivalent~ 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development.~ Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).~ Travel RequirementUp to 30% travel , primarily within Europe , with potential global engagements.Please attach your updated CV in English to your application.
