i-Vertix gehört zu den führenden IT-Monitoring-Anbietern in Italien – und wir sind bereit, auch international durchzustarten.Für die laufende Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Pre-Sales Engineer, der mit uns und unseren Kunden die Zukunft des IT-Monitorings gestaltet.Pre-Sales Engineer i-Vertix (m/w/d) Lead the Change in IT-Monitoring – Think Big, Act Fast, Make an ImpactDeine Mission: Du begleitest Kunden und Partner durch den gesamten Pre-Sales-Prozess: Anforderungsanalyse, Lösungskonzeption, Demos, PoCs und RFP-Antworten.Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und R&D zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.Deine Verantwortungsbereiche: Discovery & Solution Design: Analyse von Anforderungen und Design von i-Vertix-Architekturen.Demo & PoC: Durchführung von Demos und Proofs of Concept.Tender/RFP: Technische Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen.Enablement: Beitrag zu Webinaren, Workshops und unserer Academy.Feedback für das Produkt: Erfassung von Marktanforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap.Deine technischen Skills: IT-Monitoring & Observability (Metriken, Events, Alarm-Tuning) Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls) Systeme & Cloud (Linux/Windows, VMware, AWS/Azure) Log & Security (Syslog, Event Management, Anomalieerkennung) Scripting & Integrationen (Bash/Python/PowerShell, REST-APIs) Deine Stärken: Du erklärst komplexe Themen verständlich.Du fokussierst dich auf Kundenbedürfnisse und behältst Projekte im Griff.Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen.Du bist dreisprachig (Deutsch, Italienisch, Englisch).Was wir bieten: Spannende Projekte und ein motiviertes Team.Wachstumschancen und berufliche Weiterentwicklung.Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote-Arbeit.Ein attraktives Gehaltspaket.Arbeiten mit innovativen Technologien.Arbeitsbeginn: Ab sofort Neugierig geworden?Dann sende uns dein Motivationsschreiben und deinen LebenslaufWir freuen uns auf dich
