Senior Manager - Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)Agoda is seeking aSenior Manager - Flights Marketingbased in Bangkok (relocation provided).About AgodaAt Agoda, we bridge the world through travel.Our story began in ****, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries.Get to Know our TeamThe Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing, highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels.In this role, you'll get toDefine marketing strategy for the Flights vertical (outside of pricing)Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing)Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insightsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growthPartner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiativesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCommunicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior managementLead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers;
