On behalf of arenowned High Luxury Brandwe are recruiting the following profile to join theirHQ in Rome:VIC & CLIENTELING DIRECTORResponsibilities:Shape and lead theglobal client strategy, driving High End client engagement, loyalty and long-term value creationDevelop and expand theglobal High End client portfolio, focusing on acquisition, retention, elevation and conversion of top-tier clientsEnsure effective governance of theHigh End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating closely with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teamsContinuously enhance theglobal client experience and journey, in partnership with key stakeholders at both central and market levelDesign customized client journeys and definego-to-market and follow-up action plansfor priority client segmentsPlay a central role in the conception and execution ofinternational High End client eventsOversee client targeting strategies and analyze performance and results linked to global eventsLead and develop a team of 3–4 professionalsand foster the global Client Development community across marketsThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:University degree in Business Management or a related disciplineAt least 10 years' experience in Client Strategy, Client Development or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environmentHighly business-oriented with a strong focus on client needs and relationshipsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholdersFluency inEnglish and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plusPrevious experience or exposure to theAsian marketwill be regarded as a strong asset
