Myrtha Pools, nata da una divisione commerciale di A& T Europe Sp A fondata nel ****, azienda leader internazionale per la progettazione e installazione di piscine professionali da competizione, ludiche e di design.Con oltre 300 dipendenti diretti, 7 branch, presente in oltre 70 Paesi al mondo è fornitore dei principali eventi internazionali di nuoto.Nell'attuale fase di espansione dell'azienda desideriamo incontrare le candidature più qualificate in relazione alla ricerca di unConstruction Site ManagerLa figura sarà inserita nell' Area Installazioni, attività di coordinamento e indirizzo dello sviluppo delle commesse interne per quanto riguarda l'installazione degli impianti e la gestione dei cantieri in Italia e all'estero.Nello specifico:- garantire le installazioni siano realizzate secondo tempi e standard concordati col committente e in linea coi KPI aziendali;- monitoraggio iter avanzamenti e pianificazione settimanale attività aggiornando i clienti sull'evoluzione tecnica e costruttiva delle commesse;- supporto tecnico alla rete di dealer sul territorio su tematiche quale scelta materiali, modalità posa etc.Richiesto:- provenienza da realtà edili strutturate, aziende di costruzione e di infrastrutture, o società di engineering specializzate in fornitura di prodotti/servizi su cantieri;- esperienza in ruoli di project manager, contract manager, site manager, responsabile di cantiere, technical manager con gestione di una pluralità di interlocutori nel rispetto di contratti, tempistiche, squadre di lavoro, fornitori esterni etc.Titolo di studio: Geometra / Architetto / Ingegnere EdileDisponibilità a trasferte, nazionali e internazionali (2 week/mese)Cosa offriamo:- Inserimento diretto in azienda- Piano di formazione continuo- Orario flessibile- Buoni pasto- Eventi ed attività sportive per il benessere dei dipendenti- Ambiente giovane, dinamico e fortemente inclusivoGli interessati possono inviare il curriculum vitae, esclusivamente in formato elettronico autorizzando al trattamento dei dati personali (D.lgs. ******) ai fini della presente ricerca, al seguente indirizzo mail:
