Director, Valuation Advisory Services Kroll • Milan, Lombardy, ItalyDescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a Director for our Valuation Advisory Services practice in Milan with solid professional experience in finance and accounting.The successful candidate will manage complex assignments for multi-sector corporate clients including independent and strategic business valuation, industrial property valuation, purchase price allocation, impairment tests, complex financial instruments valuation, fairness opinions and financial modelling.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIndependently perform multiple complex valuation engagements for a wide range of public and private corporate clients both autonomously and as part of a team.Demonstrate best-in-class understanding of clients' business models, strategies and industry challenges.Act as a privileged interlocutor with clients showing strong listening and analytical skills to identify needs and deliver value-added solutions.Organise engagement work efficiently and provide clear guidance to team members.Supervise and mentor junior staff in analyses, reports and presentations.Take responsibility for preparing and presenting engagement deliverables in a clear, concise and well-argued manner.Build and maintain client relationships acting as a direct contact for current and prospective clients.Identify new business opportunities and coordinate the drafting of proposals, presentations and publications for clients.Essential TraitsMinimum ***** years experience in Big 4, investment banking or equivalent with a focus on valuation, due diligence or restructuring.Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics or engineering.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork abilities and personal commitment.Fluent in both Italian and English.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent and work with diverse communities and teams.About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions.With a nearly century-long legacy we blend trusted expertise with cutting-edge technology to navigate and redefine industry complexities.As part of One Team One Kroll you'll contribute to a collaborative and empowering environment, propelling your career to new heights.Ready to build, protect, restore and maximise our clients' value?Your journey begins with Kroll.To be considered for this position please formally apply via Kroll.Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity recruiting people based on merit.#J-*****-Ljbffr
