About Us Scorp Inc. is an innovative technology company with offices in Istanbul and San Francisco.Founded in ****, we initially launched the Scorp app but have since shifted our focus to developing mobile applications centered around social media and live streaming.Our apps are active in 182 countries, with one app reaching 600,000 daily active users and another engaging 400,000.In **** alone, we gained over 150 million new registered users, supporting more than 25 languages.Human Resources SpecialistWe are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to people-related initiatives.Responsibilities & QualificationsManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordinationManage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal movementsAct as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR-related inquiriesSupport performance management, feedback, and engagement cyclesCoordinate with hiring managers and external partners throughout the hiring processMaintain HR documentation, policies, and ensure local complianceSupport internal communication and employer branding initiativesCollaborate with global People & Culture teams to localize HR practicesTrack HR and recruitment metrics, reporting, and insightsContribute to culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiativesCurrently living in São Paulo, BrazilProven experience as an HR Generalist with hands-on recruitment responsibilitiesExperience managing end-to-end hiring processesBackground in startup or fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a strong plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quicklyInterest in technology, digital products, and modern HR practicesStrong cultural awareness and people-centric mindsetWhat We OfferHybrid working model with an established office presenceOpportunity to grow in a global tech companyInternational exposure and collaboration with global teamsHigh ownership and impact on people and recruitment processesInclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environmentIf you are based in São Paulo and excited to own recruitment and HR processes in a global, fast-moving company, we would love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
