Manpower, per Player Leader a livello globale in ambito Aerospace e Defence, ricerca: E2E System Engineer _ Contratto Tempo Indeterminato La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all'interno dell'unità di Progettazione e Verifica di Sistema E2E e supporterà le attività di ingegneria di sistema end-to-end, con particolare riferimento alle missioni basate su costellazioni satellitari SAR e ottiche.Principali Attività Sviluppo di algoritmi scientifici nei settori dell'osservazione della Terra con radar ad apertura sintetica (SAR), elaborazione di immagini e analisi missione; Sviluppo di modelli matematici e budget prestazionali per payload SAR; Sviluppo di modelli matematici e budget prestazionali per payload ottici; Analisimissione per costellazioni composte da satelliti SAR e ottici; Redazione di documentazione tecnica e report di progetto.Requisiti Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o disciplina tecnica affine; Competenze analitiche e tecniche avanzate; Capacità di problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli; Conoscenza solida dei metodi statistici per l'analisi temporale e spaziale di dati scientifici; Capacità di utilizzo di strumenti di programmazione e modellazione scientifica.Competenze Personali Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari e multiculturali; Ottime capacità comunicative e approccio collaborativo; Mentalità aperta, orientata alla condivisione delle soluzioni e al miglioramento continuo; Flessibilità e spirito d'iniziativa Contratto: Contratto Metalmeccanico a tempo indeterminato in somministrazione e contratto di 12 mesi a tempo determinato con il Cliente.
