On behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector and specialized in innovative technological and technical solutions for the industry, we are looking for an ERP Coordinator as part of the strengthening of the ICT team.Position The IT Coordinator will : Liaise with the local key-user community in Italy and the global ERP Support Team and be the linking element between themServe as the central Italian ERP contact for up-to-date information, both internally for the key users & externally with the global support teamManage day-to-day IT operational aspects of Incidents, Changes and Projects, following up with the responsible local and global Support Organisations and Project Management.Serve as the liaison between Business and IT, ensuring that proposed solutions are planned and implemented in alignment with business expectations and established processes and procedures.Oversee the regional ERP Key-User Team in fulfilling the functional needs of a growing organization.Install, coordinate, and support IT devices (desktops, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, etc.)Provide IT support to employees at the siteCoordinate all IT-related topics with the IT GroupImplement the IT Group standardsRequirements Bachelor's degree in business informatics or other related discipline.A minimum of five years of experience in Information Technology and ERP-Systems.Requires solid technical understanding of IT Systems and Procedures.Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.Team-minded, good communication skills, high commitment, reliability and great personal initiative.Range RAL : *****KSmart working : 2 days / week#J-*****-Ljbffr
