OverviewPer conto di una realtà strutturata e in crescita nel settore dei servizi retail, siamo incaricati di ricercare una Regional Manager con forte impostazione operativa e comprovata esperienza nella gestione di reti retail complesse.La risorsa avrà la responsabilità diretta di un perimetro regionale composto da circa ******* punti vendita, coordinando District Manager e Area Manager e garantendo l'esecuzione degli standard operativi, formativi e qualitativi definiti dalla Direzione.Responsabilità principaliCoordinamento e sviluppo dei District Manager e degli Area Manager e della struttura territorialePresidio operativo della rete retail, con presenza costante sul campoImplementazione dei protocolli operativi e formativi aziendaliMonitoraggio delle performance attraverso KPI retail (fatturato, conversion, costo del lavoro, qualità del servizio)Supporto alla Direzione nel miglioramento continuo dei risultati e dei processiAllineamento costante tra strategia aziendale ed execution territorialeProfilo idealeEsperienza consolidata come Regional Manager, Senior Area Manager o ruolo analogoGestione pregressa di reti retail articolate (almeno ****** store)Forte orientamento operativo e capacità di leadership sul campoAbitudine al coordinamento di manager intermedi (District / Area)Ottime capacità di comunicazione, organizzazione e trasferimento di metodoLa ricerca è aperta a professionisti di elevata seniority, con particolare attenzione a profili che abbiano maturato una leadership solida e vicina alla rete.Ral *****k Auto MboCandidature e segnalazioni qualificate:#J-*****-Ljbffr
