Sales Manager OnlineAn exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe.The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.What you will doYou will join Sales Team Haier Europe on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region.As Sales Manager Online you need to be passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage key customers within online sales scope focusing on Pure player (Amazon) and Click and mortar channels;Coordinate and manage a team of three key account managers;Definition of annual budget and commercial agreements;High interaction with marketing and operations to ensure end to end processes;Set promo plan for managed accounts;Define together with marketing advertising strategy;Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;Taking a proactive approach to account management;Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.Must haveEducation:Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fieldProfessional Experience:4–5 years of experience in Online market preferable Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA MarketTechnical Skills:Online market knowledge with focus on AmazonSoft Skills:Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activitiesEntrepreneurship skills towards target achievements and problem solvingTeam workingLanguages:Fluent in English and ItalianHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
