EngineeringProject ManagementPerthPermanent / Full Time2/10/2025An opportunity to work at a growing international companyOpportunities for career progressionFree gym with 24/7 accessAbout us:MineARC Systems is the global leader in controlled environments and safety technologies for the underground mining, tunnelling, chemical processing, disaster relief and biotechnology industries.We specialise in the manufacture and supply of emergency refuge chambers, safe havens, disaster shelters and plant grow chambers, as well as a range of electronic equipment, remote monitoring, tracking and communications technologies that allow full integration in heavy industrial applications.MineARC Systems is seeking a proactive and highly organised Product Realisation Manager to drive the successful delivery of new products from concept to customer.Acting as the critical link between Engineering and Production, this role ensures MineARC's innovative safety technologies are delivered to market on time, fully operational, and production-ready.You'll work alongside our engineering department, overseeing our new product development process, the technical handover of new products, and ongoing bug tracking; as well as ensuring that all documentation is created and processes are locked in for scalable, repeatable manufacture.The Role:Owner of the New Product Development Process – ensuring all stages are completed with coinciding documentation and sign offProject delivery – work alongside our engineering team to ensure products are completed on time, on budget and within scopeConduct product readiness meetings to algin all teams throughout the development process, from inception to product launchCoordinate the completion of all product manuals, including the collection of information and creation of documentationFacilitate engineering to production handover, including assisting in the establishment of manufacturing workflows, instructions and test proceduresEnsure all bugs and product issues are documented and coordinate their resolution through the engineering team, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informedMaintain and drive a positive work environment in line with MineARC corporate values.About You:5+ years in a technical or product/project delivery roleBackground in mechanical, electrical or industrial systems (OEM, mining equipment, industrial safety, engineering, product design)Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong project management skillsAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and conceptsStrong interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical teamsBachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce or similar would be highly regardedBenefits:An opportunity to work at a growing international company whilst collaborating with a highly motivated teamFree gym with 24/7 accessWeekly payOpportunities for career progressionSocial club and regular events
