Product Manager, Workforce Solutions - Transformative Tech

Want to build technology products that drive Amazon's global success while improving life for millions? Product Manager to revolutionize how we support our global workforce. You'll own the vision and strategy for an early‑stage product, define roadmaps, and deliver clear requirements for Designers and Engineers. Drive product development from design through release, own the product lifecycle, and define success metrics. In our dynamic organization, you'll tackle ambiguity collaboratively while working directly with executive leadership to help make Earth's most customer‑centric company equally employee‑centric.
As a portfolio owner, you will make data‑driven product decisions and collaborate with business teams, leaders, and dedicated User Experience (UX) design and engineering teams. In our agile environment, you will:
Maintain product quality standards
Drive project execution from concept to completion
Sprint planning, roadmap planning, backlog grooming, UX reviews, product status updates
Product deep‑dive / OP / planning / demos

Bachelor's degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
