In the role ofManaging Director / CEO, the professional we are seeking will havefull responsibility for the business development of the branch.Through the elaboration and definition of business strategies, the CEO will also play a key role in the national and international development of sales.Being directly responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting the sales team, he/she will establish and promote the growth objectives defined with the Board of directors.In addition to acommercial and financial aptitude(P&L responsibility, forecasting, analysis), astrong inclination towards people managementis required to create a positive and collaborative environment, ideal for encouraging and developing various teams.Theideal candidateis a professional currently working as aManaging Director or General Manager in an international environment as business leader, or as a Commercial Director / Sales Director in local and international markets withinstructured companies, preferably in the industrial automation sector.Proven experience in defining medium and long-term strategies and the ability to manage multi-site activities are required.The leader we are seeking has skills inmanaging business transformations, such as sales growth, profitability and experience from change management, while maintaining a strong aptitude and sensitivity to the well-being and development of their team.Alistening and empathetic disposition, along with good abilities to inspire and motivate those around them, are considered essential qualities for this role.Proficiency in English is necessary.Work Location:Bologna(position needs 2-3 days a week on site) or neighbourhood (residence on-site or availability for relocation).MecVelis a company specialized in the design and sales with own production of innovative solutions ranging fromlinear automation systemstohandling technologies.As part of amultinational group present worldwide, it has established significant partnerships over the years with players operating in various sectors, including medical, renewable energy, agriculture, and heavy industry.With astrong network of global distributors and partners, the company has a strong international presence, serving its customers with customized solutions and managing all activities from engineering to assembly of their systems.#J-*****-Ljbffr
