The scope of responsibility also includes activities such as stakeholders' management, reporting, participation to specific projects, employer branding and other related actions.Ultimately, the successful candidate for this position will oversee the hiring process's governance in multiple locations: Italy, UK, Switzerland, Benelux, Saudi Arabia, Nordics & Baltics, Germany, France, Spain among others.The role requires an experimented background in recruitment (at least 3 years), talent acquisition and head hunting ideally experienced in well-known recruitment agencies for Corporate profiles (Sales, finance, HR, Operations & marketing).The ideal profile is an excellent organizer and communicator, and as a part of our TA international team, will be involved in establishing procedures for the Group's HR processes worldwide to facilitate its growth.Main duties and responsibilitiesWork with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview processManage the whole internal recruitment life cycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and support line managersUse headhunting approach for Senior rolesBe aware of candidate care, making sure all candidates' have a positive recruitment experienceActing as a point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection processInterviewing and related administrative tasks and uploading the roles on specific job boardPopulating HR database in respect of all recruitment activitiesBuild relationships with recruitment agenciesManage the job boards such as LinkedInProvide ad-hoc reports for the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention PartnerReporting into the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention PartnerClosely collaborating with the Global TA team and local HR teams and other stakeholdersIt is indispensable that you have had experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition SpecialistA strong understanding of providing the best candidate and customer experienceHave experience using database system or recruiting software, with experience in HRIS system Workday being preferable.Demonstrate expertise in using PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables for reporting purpose.Have experience using social media networks and reviewing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.Show strong organisational and time management skillsGreat attention to details and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving ability: resolve issues as fast as possibleHave a hands-on approachWillingness to work on multiple projectsSensitivity and discretion is essentialA willingness to learn new tasks and be flexibleAbility to build relationships with vendors and colleaguesFlexible and adaptable to work demands within the companyAbility to balance priorities to achieve resultsBackground and EducationHR, Business or Economics or relevant field degree.Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required for this role.Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be beneficial but is not mandatory.Together, we go further:Hybrid work flexibilityHands-on learning in luxury retail, technology, and data-driven marketing.Fun team-building activities, workshops, and social events.#J-*****-Ljbffr
