Riguardo al Ruolo Siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Purchasing Specialist con un solido background tecnico (progettazione, industrializzazione, ufficio tecnico) da inserire all'interno del nostro team Acquisti.La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nello scouting di nuovi fornitori, tecnologie e soluzioni innovative di prodotto e di processo.Dovrà comprendere a fondo le esigenze tecniche di prodotto, selezionando i migliori partner sul mercato per sostenere la crescita e l'innovazione.ResponsabilitàValutare e selezionare fornitori in base a capacità tecnica, qualità e competitività economica.Ricercare nuovi fornitori e materiali/tecnologie compatibili con le esigenze produttive e progettuali.Analizzare disegni tecnici e documentazione di prodotto per definire correttamente le specifiche di acquisto.Condurre trattative tecniche ed economiche con fornitori nazionali ed esteri.Effettuare trasferte frequenti per visite, audit produttivi, avanzamenti commesse e sviluppo di nuovi componenti.Valutare offerte tecniche, assicurando il rispetto dei requisiti funzionali e qualitativi.Collaborare con gli enti interni (tecnico, qualità, produzione) per la risoluzione di problematiche legate a non conformità o miglioramenti tecnici.Monitorare costantemente le performance dei fornitori e proporre attività di miglioramento continuo.Supportare progetti di cost saving e ottimizzazione supply chain dal punto di vista tecnico.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria o Design del prodotto.Esperienza pregressa in ufficio tecnico/R&D o in acquisti tecnici (almeno 3 anni).Ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e dimestichezza con distinte base, tolleranze, materiali e processi produttivi (es. lavorazioni meccaniche, stampaggio, trattamenti superficiali).Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nazionali ed internazionali (40% del tempo).Competenze negoziali e orientamento al risultato.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1); la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus.Proattività, autonomia e capacità di lavorare trasversalmente con altri reparti.
