Join to apply for theSales Specialist ITrole atTD SYNNEX ItalyWhy Choose TD SYNNEXAs aFortune 500 global corporation, operating in over 100 countries, TD SYNNEX values its diverse workforce of 22,000 employees.As the biggest IT distributor in the world, our mission is to provide top-notch technology solutions, empowering businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world safely and efficiently.About The RoleIn TD SYNNEX Italy we are looking for three Sales Specialists in different Business Units:Sales Specialist - Cyber securitySales Specialist - Hybrid Cloud/VMwareSales Specialist - HR Cloud Solutions/Factorial (Temporary Contract)Sales Specialist - Lenovo PC (Temporary Contract)The Sales Specialist in TD SYNNEX is someone experienced ingenerating new business opportunitiesby planning outbound calls to customers and in having ageneral conversation around a solution/product area; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.ResponsibilitiesProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEngage in active inside selling using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilise this to maximise call potential and outcomesManage customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing"Manage project end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customersAttain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagementDevelop partner relationships (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)Identify project opportunities and engage with BDMs if specific product/vendor knowledge is requiredDrive sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is requiredProvide accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunitiesManage customer backorder expectations and reportingWhat We Are Looking For2–3 years of experienceNumerate with good attention to detailExcellent telephone manner and effective communication skillsPriority management and planning skillsStrive to achieve set targetsUnderstands sales processIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRMIT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essentialWhat Do We OfferHybrid work – (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.We provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.Equal Opportunity Statement"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
