- Smart Working/Ibrido- Specialista GMPAziendaSiamo alla ricerca di un/a Quality Assurance Manager per conto di un nostro cliente, una società italiana di Biotecnologie/Farmaceutica all'avanguardia nella ricerca, sviluppo e sperimentazione clinica di terapie innovative.OffertaLa risorsa riportando alla Direzione QA avrà le seguenti responsabilità:Redazione, revisione e approvazione critica di documenti chiave del Sistema Qualità (SOP, PQR, Moduli clinici come IMPD, protocolli di convalida, rapporti di ricerca).Revisione e rilascio della documentazione di produzione e controllo qualità (Batch Records) per assicurare la conformità alle GMP.Supervisione e gestione diretta delle operazioni QA relative a Change Control, Deviazioni e del sistema di gestione documentale.Identificare, raccomandare e implementare attivamente strategie di miglioramento per ottimizzare i processi e l'efficienza del Sistema Qualità.Partecipare attivamente alla definizione delle strategie e delle priorità di qualità, traducendole in obiettivi chiari a breve e lungo termine.Esecuzione e gestione di attività di Risk Assessment per i processi GMP.Competenze ed esperienzaLaurea in discipline scientifiche (Biologia, Biotecnologie, Farmacia, CTF o equivalenti).Esperienza pregressa di almeno tre anni nel ruolo di Quality Assurance Specialist o similare, maturata preferibilmente in contesti farmaceutici o biotecnologici operanti in regime GMP.Solida e approfondita conoscenza delle Norme GMP e delle normative di qualità globali relative allo sviluppo di prodotto, sottomissione regolatoria e sperimentazione clinica.Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1), scritta e parlata.Elevata attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di prioritizzazione delle attività.Forte flessibilità e rapidità nell'adattarsi a compiti e priorità in evoluzione.Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e, allo stesso tempo, di coordinare efficacemente il proprio lavoro all'interno di team interfunzionali.Completa l'offertaSi offre un inquadramento contrattuale e retributivo commisurato all'effettiva esperienza e competenza del candidato selezionato.#J-*****-Ljbffr
