La figura sarà inserita nel team di marketing e avrà il compito di analizzare il comportamento dell'utente tramite i diversi canali per fornire dati e insight al fine di ottimizzare le strategie di vendita e migliorare le performance.ResponsibilitiesGuidare la revisione settimanale delle performance dei canaliMonitorare l'efficacia di campagne e promozioni tramite analisi ROIAgire come interfaccia chiave tra i vari canali e gli stakeholder aziendaliGarantire che le priorità commerciali strategiche siano correttamente implementate nei canaliCoordinare le routine di pianificazione con i team Sales a livello di mercatoGestire un modello unificato di dati di performance per tutti i canali DirectSviluppare previsioni a breve e medio termineFornire trend diagnostici e insight strategici a supporto delle decisioni di Marketing & SalesSupportare l'implementazione di iniziative strategiche volte a migliorare le performance di venditaMonitorare l'avanzamento delle priorità commerciali cross-canale e specifiche per ciascun canale.Your ProfileAver maturato almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel ruoloEsperienza consolidata in ambito strategico e analisi dei dati legati al mondo marketing & salesOttima conoscenza legata all'analisi dei dati, uso avanzato di PowerBi, Excel e Phyton.Ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseCosa offriamo:Contratto a tempo indeterminatoRAL commisurata all'esperienzaTicket10 giorni di smart working al mese con presenza in sede su base settimanalePossibilità di relocation con housing per i primi 12 mesiSede di lavoro Genova#LI-SA1Settore: AltroRuolo: Marketing/Relazioni esterne
