What You'll DoSupport Lean transformation activities in diverse electromechanical manufacturing environments and administrative processesParticipate in continuous improvement/Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)Analyze data and operational activities to identify improvement opportunities and reduce wasteSupport the implementation and deployment of the Daily Management System (DMS)Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement?? Your ProfileRequired:Availability to travel within the European regionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in various work environmentsGood computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)Basic understanding of Lean toolsNice to Have:Lean certificationsExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
