Head of Finance Italy – La Redoute.Milan, Lombardy, ItalyDo you want a job that matches your ambition and your lifestyle?Read on to discover the profile we're looking forFrom its beginnings as a wool mill La Redoute is a French brand that has forged unique relationships with its customers for the past 180 years yesterday through its catalogue today on the web.We are a mainly digital player selling Home furniture & linen products but also clothing for the whole family.Connections weaver trends discoverer and creator vector of influence we create distribute and deliver our own products.Our mission Become the # 1st inspirational home & lifestyle platform for all families.Associated with the Galeries Lafayette group and present in Italy in Milan we are looking for a Head of Finance.Head of Finance ItalyReporting directly to the Country Director of our fast-growing Italian subsidiary you will play a key strategic role in shaping La Redoutes financial vision and performance in Italy.As Head of Finance you will oversee all financial aspects of the business from accounting and tax compliance to controlling budgeting and performance management while actively supporting the management team in adapting and scaling the business model.You will lead a talented team composed of a Financial Controller and a Revenue Growth Analyst ensuring strong financial insight and operational excellence across all areas.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance LeadershipAct as a trusted business partner to the Country Director and leadership team providing financial insights to guide strategic decisions and business growth.Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of financial data ensuring compliance with accounting, tax and legal requirements in Italy.Partner closely with the Groups accounting and finance departments in France and Portugal to ensure smooth integration and alignment with group standards.Accounting and TaxSupervise accounting production in collaboration with our Shared Service Center in Portugal and external advisors in tax, audit, legal and payroll.Ensure full compliance with Italian accounting principles & tax.Oversee the consolidation of financial data and ensure timely monthly closings.Controlling and Performance ManagementBuild control and optimize the entire subsidiary budget including turnover margin, personnel and investments.Guarantee that financial objectives such as turnover, EBITDA and costs are met and that deadlines are respected.Develop and adapt financial reporting tools and dashboards to ensure clear performance tracking.Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, propose corrective actions and monitor rolling forecast.Support business teams in decision-making through performance reviews and action plans.Who You AreBusiness oriented and strategic with a solid understanding of P&L, accounting, legal and tax matters in Italy.Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting and reporting tools.A collaborative leader who enjoys partnering with teams to improve performance and drive results.Fluent in Italian and English, with French as a plus.Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.Minimum 6 years of experience in finance or financial auditing ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.Why Join UsYou will be part of a growing international organization where entrepreneurship, innovation and collaboration are at the heart of our culture.As a key member of the Italian leadership team you will have the opportunity to build and shape the finance function, develop your team and make a tangible impact on La Redoute's success in Italy.Hybrid working model: three days in the office vs two days working from home.Curious to know more?ApplyWe can't wait to talk to you soon**Please send your CV in English**To find out more about La Redoute click here.La Redoute is a signatory of the Diversity Charter.As difference is a source of wealth our jobs are accessible to all.Required Experience: Director#J-*****-Ljbffr
