IT Support TechnicianCertified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced onsite IT Support Technician to join our IT Department to support our fast-paced domestic and international multi-company organization.General areas of responsibility include sustaining information systems, installation of equipment, and providing technical guidance to employees.Some of your responsibilities will include:Answer Help Desk phones and create tickets to track issuesCreating and monitoring support cases submitted via email and web portalSetup and maintain IT asset inventoryFacilitate creation/maintenance of IT documentsAssist with the coordination of large-scale projectsMaintain documentation of maintenance work and issues when necessaryProvide technical support to local and remote office users on an as-needed basisParticipate in after-hours / on-call support rotation as requiredKnowledge and skills that will help you succeed in the role:Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel, both in-person and via telephone.Technical competence supporting: Windows, Macs, hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices/tablets, servers), Microsoft Office suite, and standard packaged software solutions.A+ certification, or equivalent skill level preferredProven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skill to manage multiple clients and projectsAvailability to travel occasionally to tradeshowsCCG offers competitive compensation in the industry along with career advancement opportunities and a full-time benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off benefits and more.Salary commensurate with experience and ability.About UsCertified Collectibles Group (CCG) includes eight of the world's leading expert services companies for coins, paper money, comic books, stamps and other collectibles: Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS), Paper Money Guaranty (PMG), Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), Classic Collectible Services (CCS), Authenticated Stamp Guaranty (ASG).Since **** the CCG companies have certified more than 100 million collectibles and maintain offices in Sarasota, Florida; London, England; Munich, Germany; Shanghai and Hong Kong, China, and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.*Subject to terms and conditions.Ask for details.#J-*****-Ljbffr
