About Echo Base Echo Base is a privately funded investment platform focused on special situations and strategic opportunities within the digital asset ecosystem.We acquire, finance, and build companies where our operational expertise and capital can unlock outsized value.Our team combines institutional investment discipline with crypto-native insight to identify and execute on complex opportunities across the industry's most dynamic segments.OverviewEcho Base Global is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead and elevate our multidisciplinary design function.This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on creative leader with deep expertise across all areas of design, including branding strategy, animation/motion design, and integrated campaign creative.This is a great opportunity to lead and shape the brand identity for a growing portfolio of brands in the digital assets space, influencing how emerging technologies and platforms are visually represented at a global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & StrategyLead the development and execution of comprehensive design and creative strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesDrive campaign creative concept development, from initial ideation through execution across multiple channelsTranslate brand positioning and marketing strategy into cohesive creative concepts and visual systemsCampaigns & Marketing MaterialsOversee the design of materials for integrated campaigns, including social media, email marketing, digital and print advertising, and promotional assetsEnsure creative consistency and effectiveness across all campaign touchpointsPartner with teams to optimize creative for performance and engagementDesign ManagementManage and oversee end-to-end design workflows, from concept development through final deliveryEstablish and maintain high standards for consistency, and innovation across all outputsBranding & IdentityLead brand identity development, refreshes, and ongoing brand evolutionShape and steward brand systems across a portfolio of digital asset brandsDevelop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and scalable design frameworksAnimation & Motion DesignOversee animation and motion design projects, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and brand alignmentIntegrate motion and animation thoughtfully into campaigns, digital experiences, and advertisingCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with marketing, product, strategy, and leadership teamsPresent creative concepts, campaign ideas, and design rationale clearly to internal and external stakeholdersManage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as neededQualifications & Experience8+ years of professional design experience, with 3+ years in a management roleProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar toolsDemonstrated experience across branding, campaign design, social media, email, advertising, animation/motion, and digital designStrong background in campaign creative concept development and integrated marketing creativeProven ability to manage complex creative projectsPortfolio showcasing design projects, strategic thinking and high-quality execution across multiple design disciplinesExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working in fintech, crypto, Web3, or digital asset-related industriesFamiliarity with performance-driven creative and optimization best practicesExperience with global brands or multi-market organizationsAbility to balance creative excellence with timelines, budgets, and operational requisitesWhat We OfferA unique opportunity to define and evolve brand identity across a growing digital asset portfolioCollaborative cultureCompetitive compensation and benefitsFlexibility and growth opportunities within a fast-evolving organization#J-*****-Ljbffr
