Borgo Pignano Relais & Châteaux is a 750-acre private estate nestled among the rolling hills and valleys of Tuscany, where elegance, authenticity, and sustainability come together to create a truly unique hospitality experience.Our philosophy is based on slow living , organic cuisine and farming, and a deep respect for nature, creating an atmosphere that combines the comfort of a five-star resort with the warmth of traditional Tuscan hospitality.Our culinary offering, awarded 2 Forks in the Gambero Rosso 2026 Italian Restaurants Guide and the Michelin Green Star , is one of the cornerstones of the Borgo Pignano experience, highlighting seasonality, the quality of ingredients, and the creativity of our kitchen.We offer our guests refined stays, high-level food and wine experiences, and wellness-oriented activities.We are looking for a motivated, professional, and proactive Night Auditor for the 2026 season (March to October).In this position, you will manage front office operations and the daily financial closure, ensuring they are carried out with accuracy, efficiency, and in accordance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano standards.You will be the main point of contact for guests during night hours, providing impeccable service and ensuring the safety of the property.Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out throughout the shift, handling in-house guest requests.Supervise the property by managing and monitoring common areas.Monitor surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests, liaising with external night security when necessary.Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all relevant information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations to maintain service continuity and quality.Front Office ManagerMinimum 3 years of experience in front office night positions, preferably with supervisory responsibilities, within 4- or 5-star environments.Excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS and Excel .Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).A role within a luxury hospitality and sustainability-oriented environment.In-house training on operations management, leadership, and Relais & Châteaux standards.Training on service quality and industry regulations.Discounts at our sister hotel (50% on dining, subject to availability).We value every individual within an inclusive culture that embraces sustainability and excellence.We invest in your continuous development through personalized training programs and the support of our management team.Send us your CV together with your consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 'General Data Protection Regulation' ('GDPR') and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 ('Privacy Code'), as well as any other applicable provisions on the protection of personal data
