You will lead the Security team, implement security procedures, manage emergency protocols, and collaborate with all hotel departments to uphold the highest standards of safety within a luxury environment.Supervising, training, and leading the Security teamImplementing and maintaining security procedures, protocols, and emergency plansMonitoring the safety of guests, staff, assets, and facilities across the islandConducting regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessmentsManaging CCTV systems, access control, and incident-reporting processesPreparing detailed reports on incidents, risks, and security performanceSupporting VIP arrivals, high-profile events, and sensitive operationsProviding ongoing safety training for hotel employeesEnsuring a discreet, professional, and guest-focused security presencePrevious experience as Security Manager or senior Security Officer in luxury hospitality or a comparable high-standard environmentSolid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocolsFamiliarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and incident reportingFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)A guest-focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsA leadership role within one of Europe's most prestigious luxury properties• Professional development and safety training programs• Ready to lead security operations on one of Venice's most exclusive private islands?
