Overview

In this role you enable AI-enabled digital solutions for TE's Global Automotive project management. You will shape a global AI and digital roadmap, translate PM needs into scalable requirements, and drive cross-region pilot, deployment, and adoption. You collaborate with IT, data, governance and regional PMOs to ensure secure, scalable, and value-driven outcomes. The role combines transformation leadership with hands-on solution delivery to boost project execution and data-driven decision making. Responsabilità

• Develop and execute the global AI and Digital Solutions roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Identify and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation use cases based on value, feasibility, scalability, risk and impact
• Lead end-to-end evaluation, piloting, deployment and scaling of digital solutions to improve delivery and decision-making
• Translate PM needs into business and functional requirements with regional PMOs, IT, Data, and business functions
• Coordinate AI and digital initiatives across regions to promote alignment and reuse
• Partner with IT, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure scalable, secure solutions meeting enterprise standards
• Develop business cases and define success metrics (efficiency gains, adoption, process improvements, benefits)
• Drive process automation and digital workflow improvements to reduce manual work and increase effectiveness
• Coordinate pilots and global rollouts with change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption
• Ensure AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, data quality, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor emerging AI and digital technologies for relevance to Global Automotive PM
• Own and enhance the Project Management digital platform with tools, training, and resources; foster cross-regional knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Develop and deliver training and resources to strengthen AI literacy and digital capabilities across the PM community
• Foster collaboration across functions and regions to accelerate learning and continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

• Significant experience in project and/or program management within a global, complex matrix organization
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Experience in digital or business transformation, analytics, AI, consulting or technology-driven roles
• Practical understanding of AI, advanced analytics, automation, data and cloud concepts
• Strong change-management capability with experience engaging stakeholders and implementing new ways of working
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving requirements
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills with senior leaders
• Excellent communication skills translating technical and business topics into clear decisions and actions
