With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, we serve a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.We are strengthening our Customer Support Team in Italy and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist – Order Fulfillment & Logistics to join our 2-person team managing customer-facing logistics and documentation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring seamless communication and execution from the moment a customer sends a purchase order to the successful delivery of goods — ideal for a service-minded, detail-oriented professional with a logistics flair and a passion for operational coordination.As a Customer Support Specialist , your main responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process , from PO reception to final shipment.Coordinating shipment planning and execution with carriers and freight partners, ensuring on-time delivery.Preparing and handling all shipping documentation , including customs paperwork for international deliveries.Monitoring and resolving issues related to deliveries, shipment delays, or customer complaints with a proactive approach.Collaborating cross-functionally with the warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to streamline customer service operations.Using ERP and CRM systems to manage workflows and keep detailed, accurate records.You'll work alongside a high-performing team with a shared commitment to service excellence.A permanent position in a growing international company with a global footprint.A collaborative and dynamic work environment where your contributions matter.The chance to work in a purpose-driven team that values innovation and customer success.Proven experience (3+ years ) in customer support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations , preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Fluent proficiency in both English and Italian, at a professional level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems is a plus.Proficiency in additional languages: German and/or French are considered strong assets.Knowledge of international shipping procedures , customs documentation , and Incoterms .Prior experience in customer logistics or post-order customer service roles.Submit your CV in English and include a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for this role.
