Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. Role Description As Bar Manager, you will lead the bar operations across the resort, ensuring exceptional beverage service that reflects the hotel's luxury standards and Venetian heritage. You will oversee a team of bartenders and bar staff, curate beverage menus, maintain product quality, and uphold a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your main responsibilities will include : Managing and supervising all bar operations across the resort Leading, training, and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service Designing, updating, and refining beverage menus, including signature cocktails Ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in beverage preparation and presentation Monitoring stock levels, ordering, and inventory management Controlling costs and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards Collaborating with F&B Management on service concepts, promotions, and events Maintaining bar areas to luxury appearance standards at all times Ensuring smooth coordination with Restaurant, Banqueting, and Events departments Handling guest feedback, VIP service, and special requests with professionalism Overseeing cash handling, reporting, and daily operational procedures Creating a warm, elegant, and engaging environment that enhances the guest experience What We're Looking For Previous experience as Bar Manager or senior Bar Supervisor in luxury hospitality Strong leadership, mixology, and customer service skills Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends High attention to detail and a passion for delivering refined guest experiences Ability to train, inspire, and develop a high-performing team Strong organizational and financial management abilities Creativity in cocktail design and bar concepts Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)A polished, professional, and guest-oriented approach Additional Information Location: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)Type of work: Full time Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods You must possess the legal right to work in Italy Apply Now Ready to elevate the bar experience in one of Venice's most iconic luxury resorts?Send your CV and cover letter to : recruitment@sanclementepalace.it and quote the reference LT – Bar Manager in the subject line.#J-18808-Ljbffr
