The company is a global leader in AI-driven biogas optimisation , combining advanced data analytics, microbiome intelligence, and digital tools to improve plant performance, stability, and efficiency.The Sales Manager – Italy will be responsible for developing and growing the company's commercial presence in Italy, with a strong focus on biogas plants, farms with anaerobic digestion, EPCs, and industrial operators .This is a hands-on commercial role for a senior sales professional with deep knowledge of the Italian biogas ecosystem, established industry relationships, and the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.Sales & Business DevelopmentDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market.Deliver on-site and remote demonstrations of digital platforms, dashboards, and analytical tools.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing and follow-up.Market DevelopmentLeverage existing relationships to accelerate market entry and brand positioning.Account ManagementProvide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback.Share customer insights to support product development and commercial strategy.Strong and proven knowledge of the Italian biogas market.Established network among biogas operators, farms, and EPC contractors in Italy.Experience in technical sales within energy, biogas, agri-tech, environmental or related sectors.Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and results orientation.Native Italian, fluent English.Availability for frequent travel within Italy.Background in biogas operations, microbiology, environmental engineering, or industrial automation.Experience selling lab services or digital platforms for industrial or energy applications.Key role in the expansion of an innovative international company in the Italian market.High level of autonomy and ownership over the Italian commercial strategy.Full product training on digital platforms, AI tools, and microbiome services.
