Guest Home Manager / Brand Ambassador Campo Sasso – Grape ToursLocation: Podere Campo Sasso, Greve in Chianti, 25 minutes from Florence center, ItalyPeriod: April 1st, 2026 – October 31st, 2026Grape Tours is looking for a Guest Home Manager / Brand Ambassador to oversee hospitality operations at Campo Sasso and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a unique Tuscan setting.Grape Tours and Campo Sasso are part of Jollie ( a collective of brands sharing strong values around authenticity, sustainability, regenerative agriculture, local craftsmanship, and the Italian art de vivre.Position OverviewFixed-term full-time contract (7 months)Italian Hospitality CCNL – Level 3 (Livello 3)Accommodation provided: private living space within a portion of the annexe named 'Fienile', available for the full duration of the contractKey Responsibilities Hospitality & Villa Management (High Standards Required)Ensure meticulous, high-quality weekly cleaning and preparation of the villa (up to 6 guests)Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detailConduct thorough checks before each arrival to guarantee a flawless guest experienceManage check-ins and check-outsProvide personalized welcome and concierge-style supportMaintain outdoor areas and facilities (garden, surroundings, jacuzzi, common spaces)Wine & Cheese TastingsOrganize and host tastings on sitePresent wines and cheeses and share their origin and storyCreate a warm, professional, and engaging experienceSet up and reset tasting areasBrand & Communication SupportContribute to content creation (photos, videos, texts)Document guest experiencesSupport marketing and communication initiativesProfileWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards.Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality, wine, and gastronomy are essential.A valid driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory for this position.Candidates must have full legal authorization to work in Italy.Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves daily interaction with international guests.
