Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for a talented People & Culture Coordinator to join the Team**About the role** The People & Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the office. This position assists with general employee inquiries, handles all incoming calls, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties. The People & Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality. **What you will do**Perform administrative duties and answering telephones and emails according to Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness.Assist in the planning and attend all employee recreation programs include holiday parties, children's party, general meetings etc.Perform locker & staff accommodation inspections ensuring they are clean and orderly.Maintain and update all bulletin boards for sharing company information with all employees.Assist with employee onboarding tasks ensuring all documents are in order according to corporate policies and local laws.Maintain and update all employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and organized.Support the Director of People & Culture in preparation of reports, audits and other tasks.Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.Assist with other areas of People & Culture when needed.**What you bring**Minimum of one year experience in a similar position.Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.Strong work ethic, confidentiality and well-developed organizational skills are requirements.Advanced computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.**What we offer:** • Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package • Excellent Training and Development opportunities • Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide • Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms • Employee Meals**Schedule & Hours:**Full time and fixed-term contract.Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.#J-18808-Ljbffr
