Present in several countries, it is with our customers that the team co-constructs the future of cloud solutions and OVHcloudAs such, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based in Milan to adress the North West Italy cluster.As a Senior Key Account Manager for the Corporate client segment (Large Accounts/ETI), you will be responsible for the company's key accounts. You will define and lead a strategy for acquiring and developing sales with these stakeholders, for whom you will be responsible, working closely with your Sales Director.Your main responsibilities :Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding OVHcloud's presence in the marketMap the account portfolio to identify business opportunitiesUnderstanding and network of the Northwest regionManage and develop a portfolio to generate revenue growthSupport and advise the account portfolio with a Sales business partner approachIdentify and qualify business opportunitiesAdapt the account strategy to meet business and sales objectivesHelp develop the OVHcloud brand and its reputation through various eventsYour future impactIn 6 monthsKnowledge of OVHcloud's product universes, services, and use casesMastery of your portfolio: understanding the businesses and challenges of your clientsPhysical and/or virtual meetings with your entire portfolioIdentifying clients with growth potential and prospects to pursueFamiliarization with performance management tools: pipeline, leads, revenue tracking, and commercial reportingSkills required :Knowledge of the fundamentals of corporate financeMastery of the different stages of the sales cycleKnowledge of the principles of a business model and operating modelKnowledge of the specifics of physical and digital salesKnowledge of the market, its potential developments and its competitorsGood understanding of OVHcloud (organisation, offers, internal processes, teams, products, tools, etc.)Master of internal commercial management tools (CRM, Tableau, etc.)Knowledge of issues relating to the handling and processing of personal data (GDPR)Understanding of cloud/webcloud technology solutions and their impactsKnowledge of request for quotation response processes
