What You'll DoYou will join the Operations department of BCG Milan Office for an internship experience and will have the chance to support the Building Team under the Responsibility of the Operations Manager and EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Operations Director. You are good at : Supporting the Building Team in all the daily operational activities for the management and coordination of the suppliers related to the space utilization and service level achievement; Supporting the Operations Team in the daily activities and procedures related to new Offices and Building implementation; Supporting in the implementation of new, innovative and digital solutions within buildings; Accomplishing any task applied to the suppliers' daily management (i.e. in-site inspections, communication flow for authorized entrances, office signage,...); Support in managing quotation requests, preparing contracts in collaboration with the Procurement team, and checking delivery notes and invoices. What You'll BringBachelor's Degree (any field); Excellent communications skills, both writer and oral, in Italian and English; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude; Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel; Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams; Availability to be daily present in the office; Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across departments and topics. Who You'll Work WithYou will work strictly in contact with the Building and General Services Teams and our maintenance, logistics, and facilities suppliers. Overall, our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
