We are seekinga Ready-to-Wear Product Development Managerto join our Headquarters and play a pivotal role within the Collection & Product Development team.The successful candidate will oversee the development of Ready-to-Wear collections, managing product teams across multiple categories(Knitwear & Jersey, Leather, and Denim)and collaborating closely with Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment with the brand's creative vision, quality standards, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of Ready-to-Wear collections, supervising multiple product categories to ensure stylistic, qualitative, and positioning consistencyCoordinate and support Product Development teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand quality standardsManage the end-to-end product development process, from prototype to sample approval, with particular attention to materials, construction, and fitCollaborate closely with the Design team to translate creative concepts into industrialisable products while maintaining design integrityOversee leather product development, ensuring material excellence, craftsmanship, and finishing standardsLiaise with suppliers and manufacturers, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and proposing technical solutionsWork in close partnership with Merchandising, Industrialisation, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to guarantee successful product deliveryWhat You'll Bring:Someone with proven experience in Ready-to-Wear Product Development within the luxury fashion sectorA deep understanding of materials and garment construction, withessential expertise in leatherA strong leader with experience managing product development teamsHighly organised, solution-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in complex environmentsA keen eye for product detail and a strong alignment with luxury fashion valuesFluent in English; additional languages are a plus
