Overview

Join Qonto's AI Lab as a Mobile Engineer to accelerate an AI-first product for 600,000+ SMB customers. You will deliver new AI agent experiences on iOS, Android, and Web in small cross-functional squads, with a focus on scalable, production-grade mobile foundations. You'll rely on AI tooling to boost velocity and craftsmanship, while ensuring consistent experiences across platforms. This role blends hands-on mobile work with strategic product impact in a fast, autonomous environment.

Responsabilità

Ship a new AI agent experience every 6 weeks with reliability and minimal technical debt
Architect and implement scalable, testable mobile solutions (iOS & Android) that scale with replicated agent capabilities
Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) for ~70% of coding to accelerate delivery
Ensure cross-platform consistency by enabling rapid web-to-mobile feature parity in collaboration with Product, Backend and Frontend teams

Requisiti fondamentali

Mobile expertise with strong production experience in Kotlin or Swift
Startup mindset with ability to balance velocity and quality; scale-up or regulated industry experience is a plus
AI knowledge and daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to boost output
Adaptability to work outside comfort zone and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
