Investors trading on our platform get access to CFD financial instruments, including Forex, Commodities, Indices and Shares.Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the EU region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Partnership Development : Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships by Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs. Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND). Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.Market Research & Competitive Insights : Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the local region. Localized Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across Italian-speaking markets.re all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.Good command of English and Italian for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.Career Development: This is a senior leadership position where you will have great career and financial advancement opportunities as the company grows.Remote work flexibility: can work from anywhere in the world.
