The Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading IPP in the search of a Land Manager in Italy.The Land Manager will be in charge of scouting and seeking new potential sites for the development of wind, (agri-)PV, and battery storage projects as well as study the feasibility of potential locations and negotiate land agreements with land owners.Identify and evaluate suitable sites for wind, (agri-)PV, and battery storage projects.Support technical, environmental, and commercial assessments for selecting project locations.Identify landowners and negotiate land agreements (leases, easements, acquisitions) with support from legal and development teams.Maintain accurate records of land documents and monitor ownership changes.Build strong relationships with landowners, local stakeholders, and public authorities to ensure alignment with planning and permitting processes.Provide regular updates to management and support internal teams throughout project development.Plus 2 years of experience in similar roles negotiating contracts for the acquisition of land for renewable energy projects, or in the management and acquisition of land for real estate projects.Ability to work with QGIS, other map viewers, Google Earth, as well as the Italian territorial agency platforms for cadastral searches and proceduresBasic communication skills in English.Availability to travel frequently within the assigned areas at the national level.
