Company Overview Extra Mile Ventures is an Italian group that owns and manages a portfolio of internationally renowned luxury brands. Role Description (Responsibilities) We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional who will report directly to the Managing Partner. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the team in presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients, while fostering long-term relationships. Executing account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Collaborating closely with the team to develop tailored commercial proposals for clients. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up. Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion. Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors. Assisting management in the oversight of day-to-day operations. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Previous experience in the design industry. Fluent in English and Italian; native English preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with international clients. High level of adaptability and a strong desire to learn, with openness to ongoing feedback from management. Proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is considered a strong plus.
