Overview
In this role you combine management consulting with corporate finance to help top-management drive value across industries. You work in small teams, develop hypotheses, and present actionable recommendations to clients, with ongoing coaching and formal training to accelerate your growth. You'll contribute to shaping corporate finance and strategy initiatives while upholding ethics and integrity in a global, diverse environment. Responsabilità
- Collaborate in 2-3 person teams on client engagements.
- Apply management consulting methods to corporate finance issues and strategy work.
- Gather, analyze, and test hypotheses; develop and communicate recommendations.
- Present results to client management and assist with implementing recommendations.
- Receive training and mentoring from colleagues, including a partner advisor and formal onboarding.
- Participate in project staffing decisions with a development-focused manager.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree (MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree advantageous)
- 4+ years of strategy, corporate finance, M&A or due diligence experience in consulting, investment banking, accounting, or a major corporation
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian
