Founded on the principles of innovation and excellence, Crazy Pizza, part of Majestas Group, is renowned for its bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and commitment to exceptional service.Chef De Partie at Crazy PizzaAs a Chef De Partie at Crazy Pizza, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen. You'll work alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to Crazy Pizza's high standards.Your day to day:Manage your assigned kitchen section with precision, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to brand standards.Ensure mise en place is fully prepared, ingredients are fresh and available, and service runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.Check the quality and consistency of all food before it leaves the pass, maintaining high standards of taste, appearance, and portioning.Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols in your section in line with Crazy Pizza's policies and local regulations.Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to report issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to new menu ideas when required.Monitor stock levels in your section, ensure proper rotation of ingredients, and flag any shortages or reordering needs to senior chefs.Who are you?Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in an Italian restaurant or a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong understanding of Italian cuisine, particularly pizza-making and other traditional Italian dishesAbility to run a section of the kitchen independently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiencyAbility to work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and follow instructions.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.Crazy Pizza is committedOur commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in both our hiring practices and our workplace culture.
