MAIN FUNCTIONS:Structuring and Developing the Company in the Human Resources Area. The company aims to create an adequate management of internal resources, investing in collective and individual well-being and promoting the professional growth of employees.RESPONSIBILITIES:Management of internal human resources department.Oversee personnel performances and reportingDirect collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities.-Direct contact with HR's office of CFMOTO HQ.ACTIVITIESRecruitment and talent scoutingMonitoring and managing personnel costs (HC plan development)Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees.Promotion of training courses and employees development plan.Company reference for the welfare plan and for consultants.Responsible for safety and privacy policy.Creation of company regulations.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree. HR qualification is a plus.Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector.Familiarity with local and international employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.-Interest and/or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles.
