Job Overview
We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Booking.com position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com users
Manage accommodation inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellation requests within the fast-paced tourism sector
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving travel-related issues with speed and efficiency
Collaborate with international hotel partners to troubleshoot reservation discrepancies and maintain service standards
Provide expert guidance on travel policies and platform features to ensure a seamless vacation experience
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to our continuous service improvement initiatives
Act as an ambassador for our tourism industry clients, upholding the prestigious Booking.com brand identity
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within our international work environment
Valid EU passport or valid residency permit in Greece
Strong passion for the tourism industry and delivering high-quality customer experiences
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical or service-related challenges
Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is highly desirable for Italian-speaking jobs
