We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Mercedes position in Greece. This unique opportunity allows you to represent an automotive icon, providing high-end support to customers while enjoying one of the best job markets for Italian-speaking jobs in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium customer support to Mercedes vehicle owners and prospective buyers
Provide technical and general information regarding the luxury automotive product range
Manage inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat with a focus on brand excellence
Assist customers with navigation of Mercedes-Benz digital platforms and connected vehicle services
Handle conflict resolution and troubleshooting for automotive service requests with grace and efficiency
Maintain detailed customer records within the CRM to ensure accurate service history
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client support experience in the competitive automotive industry
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
Proficiency in English for corporate communication
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Strong passion for the automotive industry and premium customer service
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Ability to relocate to Greece for this exciting career opportunity
