We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Project Manager Trainee to support our Building & Project Consultancy team at our Corporate Office in Milan.The ideal joiner has:Master Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or Architecture; Fluent in English and Italian; CAD drawing & BIM modelling;Highly competent and skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel;Clear written and verbal communication style.>What will be your daily activities? As Project Manager Trainee at Savills you will support the team members in the following activities:Managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients;Developing detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and work closely with project team to ensure all documents, photos and cost reports are timely and accurate;Preparing presentation and update track record;Undertaking site inspections, progress checks and coordination meeting preparing related reports;Collecting and preparing tender documentation including schedules, specification of works;Collaborating and supporting senior members to coordinate with client, architect, engineer, superintendent, inspectors, and subcontractors;Collaborating with property managers, leasing agents, facility managers to ensure best in class service to the client;Collecting, organising and checking relevant technical and economic documentation on virtual data rooms.In addition to the tasks described above, you may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.What skills do we consider essential in this role?Being a constant learner;Diplomatic and confident with an ethical and strong integrity;Detail oriented, goals driven able to multi-task working;Effective in prioritising, working under pressure and meeting deadlines;Be committed in challenging targets and reaching strong and effective outputs;Open-minded team player who builds strong relationships and nourishing trust and credibility;Creative and flexible in problem solving and solutions submission;Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best;Team player who builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishing trust and credibility;Presentable and approachable and ability to engage with a variety of audiences;Self-motivated, goal driven individual;Continuous improvement: delivers efficiency in addition to effectiveness;Confident with a positive outlook;Innate curiosity and wish to experiment and push the boundaries of what is possible.What we offer?Working in a professional, inclusive and supportive work-environment;Internship contract.Please note, we will use your personal data to respond to your application.
