You will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service, and act as a liaison between the Reservations team and other hotel departments.Monitoring room availability, rate strategy, and inventory in collaboration with the Revenue ManagerSupporting and training team members to maintain service and accuracy standardsResponding to guest and travel partner inquiries in a professional and timely mannerCollaborating closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth communication and efficiencyPrevious experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality (supervisory level preferred)• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)•
